Over the years smelt has earned a proven track record as being one of the best predator baits around. They have a distinctive smell that resembles a cucumber, and they stay on the hook exceptionally well. Ideal for venues where you need a tough aerodynamic bait choice that will cope with being cast out at a distance.
Depending on the size at the time of collection, you usually get three or four fish in a pack. They can also be chopped up into sections and fished on smaller hooks if you wish.
